    4. What are the clinic's policies regarding appointments and cancellations?

    The clinic has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the price of your treatment. Confirmation reminders are sent one week prior to your appointment, and clients are expected to confirm their attendance. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior contact, the appointment may be forfeited, and the deposit will be lost. Additionally, children are not permitted on the premises due to health and safety reasons, as specialized equipment is used during treatments.
